Position Responsibilities
1. Independently complete the work of the consultant unit, including customer consultation, issuance of lawyers' letters and legal opinions, review and drafting of contracts and documents;
2. Act for the case independently;
3. Complete other matters assigned by the law firm.
Position Requirements
1. Graduated from famous law schools home and abroad (territory) with bachelor's degree or above;
2. Have more than 2 years of work experience, have obtained the Beijing Lawyer Practice Certificate, and be able to handle cases independently;
3. Those who have engaged in company law, labor law litigation would be preferred;
4. Have strong legal analysis and problem solving abilities, clear thinking, strong independent work ability, a high sense of responsibility, stress resistance and good professional conduct of lawyers;
5.The salary shall be negotiated face to face.

2. Organize the case files, prepare the legal instruments, communicate with the parties to the cases and so on;
3. Complete other work assigned by the lawyer.

1. Bachelor's degree or above in law, and passed the National Judicial Examination;
2. Work in a serious and rigorous attitude, as well as have good clerical writing skills and communication skills;
