Project description:
For conducting the strategic transformation of Zhongguancun, Dinghao Group needs to cut down more than 130 employees, involving an amount of nearly RMB 20 million yuan.
Project responsibilities:
1. Responsible for formulating the layoff plans and calculating the layoff costs;
2. Estimate the amount of supplementary payments for employees' social insurance premium and housing provident funds, and formulate corresponding compensation plans;
3. Negotiate with employees and sign a negotiated termination plan with them.
Project performance:
Successfully completed the layoff project for a total of 130 employees in three companies, maximizing the company's interests without triggering a mass incident.
